
The Call Logging module is intended for use by Tele-Sales and Call Centre teams. It allows quick and simple recording of the calls they make/receive and the results they achieve. Follow ups can be inserted directly from the module into the Diary – together with the name of the person who needs to perform the follow-up. If they persuade anyone to place orders, the module gives them direct access to Sales Order processing. Simple reports analyse performance.
