We’re keen disciples of Skype. If you haven’t already got it installed, we’ll install it on all the (online) workstations which have the VizBiz installed. We will also install remote access software on the same workstations. The combination allows us (with your permission) to log on to individual users workstations and observe, intervene or educate our users while talking to them on Skype headsets. The two way instant access – which costs nothing – is the basic infrastructure which has made it possible to offer our “semi bespoke” service to our customers wherever they are on the planet – as and when you need it.
