
Accounts can be allocated Single or Multiple Sales Reps (or none)
Reps can be permitted/prohibited access to Accounts, Regions (user defined), Sales Ranges.
Program allows distinction between Agents and Reps (user-determined but typically Agents are self-employed, Reps are employees)
Commission rates can be built into the Stock system and automatically calculated as Orders and Invoices are created.
Comprehensive analysis of the Sales Invoicing (and/or ordering) system allows rapid commission statements to be produced ad hoc or regularly.
System records dates Reps become active or inactive.
Reps replaced can be updated to all relevant accounts simultaneously.
Orders and Invoices default to the Account Sales Rep but can be overridden.
Orders and Invoices can handle allocation of different line-items to different sales reps within single orders/invoices
